Guillotine’s day-one partner, SEGA, entrusted us with the EMEA campaign for the highly anticipated Sonic Racing: Crossworlds. The campaign kicked off two months pre-launch with an influencer-focused event at the McLaren Technology Centre.
We managed all influencer logistics for this exclusive partnership celebration, curating a shortlist of top-tier UK creators for an interactive tour and the world-first Crossworlds tournament.
Building on that momentum, we led creator operations for SEGAs largest-ever Gamescom presence. We orchestrated the entire on-site schedule, managing talent for private streaming sessions and coordinating competitive play on the main stage.
The game’s launch was a huge success in EMEA, reaching higher critical success levels when than it’s competitor Mario Kart World and being the most played Sonic game of the last decade.
Today, Guillotine continues to drive the game's lifecycle. We manage the entire post-launch roadmap, from DLC rollouts to major influencer beats - including the recent SpongeBob SquarePants karting event in London, a collaboration with Paramount.
