Philosophy

Influencer Relations is now the heart of modern game discovery. We treat it with the reverence it deserves.

Our philosophy is simple - Influencer Marketing & Comms aren’t aspects of our business; they are our entire business. 

Our company is built around connecting world-class games with creators who help define them and maintaining real relationships over hundreds of campaigns are the only way to do that properly. It’s why we’re the Agency of Record for some of the most well-respected AAA publishers & indie teams globally despite being such a relatively young agency.

We’re not a full-service PR agency with Influencer Marketing/Comms as just one item on our very large services menu, nor are we a third-party tech platform using influencers to funnel people to our distribution platform.

We work on people’s favourite games. The type of games that people would get tattoos of.

Carmen's passion for games fueled her journey from full-time Twitch streamer in 2016 to a seasoned Influencer Relations specialist. Honing her skills at Player Two PR & Mooncat Games before joining Guillotine in its first few months.​​​​​​

Bon started her games industry journey in traditional media PR, working up from a junior consultant to junior account manager in less than three years, before transitioning into Influencer Relations.

Kaalin began her journey into the games industry as a full-time content creator in 2018, bringing years of experience in community development into the creator space.

Reanne

Reanne joined the games industry in 2022 at a PR agency where she spent two years honing her comms skills before transitioning to Secret Mode where she served as the sole Influencer Relations Manager for over a year, leading both paid and organic influencer campaigns.

He's worked on: Disco Elysium, Baldurs Gate III, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, Persona 5 & Dispatch
